Not just a maritime souvenir! This particularly beautiful, approx. 23mm long pendant made of 925 sterling silver consists of three parts: cross, heart, and anchor. The cross and anchor are solid, slightly curved, and highly polished on both sides, while the heart is filled with a large, white, sparkling zirconia, with an open back due to the cone of the zirconia. In Christian symbolism, the three motifs stand for the following: the cross for faith, the heart for love, and the anchor for hope. Just like the anchor that secures a ship's place in the harbor, this sailor's symbol has long stood for hope and confidence, constancy and loyalty. This symbol is also called a sailor's grave.
